Evidence to Support Outcome
This learning outcome was explored throughout the entire course. I chose to create a prezi as my final project as a reflection of everything I learned. If you go through the prezi it shows each project I did and there is an explanation of what I learned and how I grew with each assignment.
Reflection to Support Evidence
It took me a few weeks to create this Prezi as it was my very first one. I started by watching several videos online as to how to create the Prezi then I drew up an outline of what I wanted to include. It started out by just being a reflection of the learner-led seminars but it just did not feel complete. I really wanted to reflect on the entire journey that I went through. I started out knowing virtually nothing about online learning, to having a full array of methods of effective communication. I am much more confident with my communication in an online platform due to this course. It was very engaging and I am proud to say my tool belt is quickly filling up. I am looking forward to continuing with this adventure I am on.

Evidence to Support Outcome
Throughout OLTD 503 I was exposed to many new tools for online communication and I got an opportunity to make use of them all. I am not usually very comfortable trying new things as I am somewhat of a perfectionist and like to use what I know already works but this course forced me to move out of that comfort zone and create with new tools. Here is a list of new tools I tried in this six weeks:
I created this Prezi the final week of OLTD 503 to reflect the diverse ways I now have to communicate online. I would not just be comfortable using them but I would even be comfortable enough to teach someone how to use them and to bring them into my work environment. This cohort is continuing to push me to uncomfortable places, just to smile when I come out not just alive but thriving. With the creation of the OLTD community in this course, I feel I am truly becoming part of a great community and I have many effective ways now to communicate with them and share my knowledge as they are sharing theirs.
